Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Sleeved — the website, the web application, and the mobile application (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service in any way, you agree to these terms.
Sleeved is operated by Caio Gonçalves, an individual, reachable at contact@sleeved.app. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. What Sleeved does
Sleeved is a tool for recording and organizing a Magic: The Gathering card collection, building decks, and tracking the price of the cards you own or want.
Sleeved does not sell, buy, or broker card sales. Displayed prices are informational, come from third-party sources, and are not offers, official appraisals, or a guarantee that a card will trade at that value.
3. Your account
- The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not create accounts for minors.
- Sign-in is handled exclusively through Google or Apple. We never create or store passwords.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping access to the provider (Google or Apple) you sign in with.
- An account is personal. Do not share access to it, and do not use someone else’s account.
4. Acceptable use
When using Sleeved, you agree not to:
- Access the API through automated means outside normal use of the app, or scrape the content of the service.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly expose the price data obtained through Sleeved.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, authentication, or any other technical control of the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service.
- Post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, in deck names, lists, or any other text field.
- Deliberately overload the service infrastructure.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for accounts that violate this section, with prior notice whenever it is reasonably possible.
5. The content you create
Your collection, your decks, and your lists remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you for the purpose of operating the service.
If you make a deck public, it becomes reachable by link to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Making it private again stops that access, but it does not undo copies third parties may already have made.
6. Plans and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing and is subject to usage limits — the number of cards, of active decks, and of exports per month — set out in the Plans section of the Sleeved home page and on the support page.
- The Pro plan is paid, purchased through the browser, and processed by Stripe. We do not store card details — they are handled directly by the payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro access remains until the end of the period already paid for.
- Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days and receive a full refund.
- Outside that withdrawal window, there is no pro-rata refund for periods already started, except where the law requires one.
- We may change plan prices and limits. Price changes apply only to subsequent cycles and are announced in advance.
If a subscription ends, your data stays in the service, but features above the free limit become unavailable until you fit within the limit again or reactivate Pro.
7. Prices and third-party data
Card data comes from Scryfall. Prices come from TCGplayer, Cardmarket, and Scryfall. This data is collected periodically and may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect.
The total collection value shown in Sleeved is an estimate based on those sources and is not an appraisal, an official valuation, or investment advice. Buying and selling decisions made from those numbers are entirely your responsibility.
8. Third-party integrations
Sleeved lets you connect third-party services, such as CardTrader, to export lists. The token you provide is used only for calls made on your behalf and can be removed at any time in settings. Use of those services is governed by their terms, not by these.
9. Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that price synchronization will happen on any particular schedule.
We may add, change, or discontinue features. If we decide to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice and time for you to export your data.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. The procedure, what gets erased, and the timelines are described on the account deletion page.
We may terminate or suspend an account that violates these terms, that is used for fraud, or whose use poses a risk to the operation of the service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sleeved is not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunity, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including buying and selling decisions based on the prices displayed.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants you and that cannot be waived.
12. Intellectual property
The Sleeved brand, the interface, and the code of the service belong to the operator. Magic: The Gathering card names, images, and text belong to Wizards of the Coast.
Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast, Inc. and Hasbro, Inc. Sleeved is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast, Scryfall, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, or CardTrader.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product or in the law. Material changes will be announced by email or through a notice in the service before they take effect. Continuing to use Sleeved after that means accepting the updated version. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence are elected to settle disputes arising from them.
15. Contact
